Track Order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show the first update.

Where is my order?

• Your order is processed within 1-3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days in total from the day you order.

Can't find the tracking email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or email support@sweeptail.com with your order number and we'll send it to you.

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order date, email us. If the package is lost, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you choose.
